About me

Pariya Lissner-Dharmajiva

Who I am and how I started my music career.

My name is Pariya Lissner-Dharmajiva. I am a music teacher, vocal coach, and professional singer with a lifelong passion for music, singing, and dance. My musical journey began at the age of seven with piano lessons, which laid a strong foundation in music theory and discipline. At 15, I began formal vocal training, which soon became the central focus of my artistic path.

My teaching journey.

My teaching experience includes work with individual students, private music schools, university, and kindergartens (Kitas) in Frankfurt, where I taught Early Music Education. Currently, I provide private vocal and piano lessons as well as other music courses in English, German, and Thai to students ranging from small children to adults. I also organize and lead group workshops on different music related topics such as vocal technique, performance, and stage presence.

A notable highlight of my professional journey was serving as a vocal coach and mentor on The Voice Kids Thailand for three seasons. During this time, I worked with over 3,000 children in auditions and provided intensive personal and group training to about 25 finalists each season. My role extended beyond vocal coaching—I was also a mentor and emotional supporter throughout their journey on the show.

My Education.

At the age of 17, after completing a three-year vocal technique course, I was offered my first position as a voice teacher. This opportunity marked the beginning of my teaching career and confirmed my desire to support and inspire others through music. I later pursued advanced studies in the UK, earning two diplomas in Contemporary Vocal Performance from the London Centre of Contemporary Music (LCCM) and Tech Music School London. I also hold a BA in Communication Arts from Assumption University (ABAC) in Bangkok.  Since 2021, I have been a certified Modern Vocal Training (MVT) teacher, a part of a progressive, international voice coaching and artist development program.

Various musical experiences.

In addition to teaching, I’ve had a versatile career as a performer. I have appeared in several musical theatre productions, concerts, and studio recordings. I’ve sung backing vocals for well-known artists, recorded radio ads, and contributed to original soundtracks for television series.
